How long will it take me to complete this program?

This is a self-paced, self-study program that requires you to

In total, the program is delivered over an 8 week period. A step is released per week and each step consists of 3-5 modules of video training (for video lengths, download and view modules summaries above).

Each step concludes with an exercise worksheet that takes 5 - 15 minutes to complete. Some exercises recommend interaction with people in your workplace. Time to complete these exercises will vary on your unique situation.

Can I transfer the program to someone else?
Our program is sold to you on an individual basis. The license and login you receive to access the program is non-transferable.
Can I share this program with others?

Foundation
This foundation series of modules will ensure that you begin "A Leader's Journey Decoded" on a firm footing and eliminate any unnecessary slips along the way to developing yourself from a Manager who has been asked to lead, to a Leader who also manages.
STEP 1 - Discover
This “learning” step is the first step on any journey to transformation. It involves discovering as much as possible about yourself relative to your leadership style and leadership drives. You will then develop an inventory of your education, experiences, relationships, personal skills, mental models and beliefs for use and leverage along the way. Finally, you’ll fully understand the concept of “Executive Presence” and the role it plays in shaping your leadership persona.
STEP 2 - Prepare
This step provides insights on your personal or organizational situation. This often overlooked step helps you to quickly get immersed in the situation at hand, prepares you to deal with the natural resistance to change that you’ll certainly encounter along the way, engages the power of your imagination to shape your future and gives you an idea of what it will look like once you're successful.
STEP 3 - Design
This is the final step of the strategic overlook activities that all accomplished leaders go through before jumping into developing their Leader's Game Plan. It brings clarity to your journey. It also allows you to anticipate what you will find over the horizon so that you can pre-plan your reactions accordingly. Finally, you will begin to define success and the metrics you will use along the way.
STEP 5 - Execute
You will now learn some clear and simple ways to deploy and execute your Leader's Game Plan by enlisting other stakeholders in your leadership vision. Here, communication becomes key. You will learn several communication techniques and how to follow-up and follow-through on your Leader's Game Plan.
STEP 6 - Review

STEP 7 - Integrate

Bryan R. Ramos
