Bryan R. Ramos / Co-Founder & CMO
Bryan R. Ramos is Co-Founder & CMO of Pivotal Leadership. Considered by many to be a modern day Renaissance man, Bryan's expertise spans the areas of architecture, technology development, entrepreneurship, marketing and organizational leadership.
Prior to co-founding Pivotal Leadership, Bryan founded Zatori, a branding and marketing consultancy that helps businesses grow by defining and communicating "why, how, and what" they do in an inspiring manner. Before Zatori, Bryan served a 10.5 year tenure culminating in the role of "Director of Leadership and Innovation" at PPI, a high-tech "innovation hothouse" in Northern Virginia. PPI's diverse client base included Boeing Corporation, Marriott International, Lerner Enterprises, Howard Hughes Medical Institute, NASA/Goddard Space Flight Center, US Air Force and US Department of Energy.
While at PPI, Bryan's responsibilities ranged from developing and patenting new technologies, to institutionalizing the company's vision and values, to speaking at universities on the subject of high-tech innovation and commercialization. Bryan's efforts helped the company to be recognized as an industry leader in innovation by Deloitte's Technology Fast 50 Awards, but Bryan is most proud of the outreach program he directed to inspire youth to pursue innovative professions.
Backing up his business and design acumen, Bryan holds the qualifications of Executive Master’s in Leadership from Georgetown University McDonough School of Business, and a Bachelor’s of Science and Master’s in Architecture from The Catholic University of America.
His greatest inventions to date are his four children.
